Return Policy for ONLINE purchases:
All returns MUST be made within 30 days of the order date.
You are eligible for a refund (online orders only) or store credit.
Please complete your return form, enclosed in your package and include it with the return. Once your return is made please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
All Sale and Accessory Items (Including jewelry, hair, and cups) are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
